REFUND POLICY

MerchBox products are custom-made and fulfilled by third-party print-on-demand partners, including Printful. This refund policy outlines when refunds, replacements, or order corrections may be issued.

By placing an order through MerchBox, you agree to the terms outlined below.

 

1. All sales are final

Because all items are made to order, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size, color preference, or change of mind.

 

2. Eligible refund or replacement cases

Refunds or replacements may be issued only if:

  • The product arrives damaged

  • There is a manufacturing defect

  • The wrong item was received

Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

 

3. How to submit a claim

To submit a claim, please contact us with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the defect, damage, or incorrect item

Claims submitted without photo evidence may not be eligible.

 

4. Resolution process

Once your claim is reviewed:

  • A replacement may be issued at no additional cost, or

  • A refund may be issued to the original payment method

The resolution method is determined at MerchBox’s discretion and in accordance with fulfillment partner policies.

 

5. Incorrect or insufficient address

MerchBox is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout. Orders returned due to address errors are not eligible for refunds. Reshipping costs may apply.

 

6. Lost shipments

If a shipment is lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. MerchBox will work with the fulfillment partner and carrier to investigate the issue.

Refunds or replacements for lost shipments are subject to carrier confirmation.

 

7. Delayed shipments

Delivery times are estimates and delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or peak seasons are not eligible for refunds.

 

8. Size exchanges

We do not offer size exchanges. Please refer to the sizing charts provided on product pages before placing an order.
