SHIPPING POLICY

MerchBox partners with third-party print-on-demand fulfillment providers, including Printful, to produce and ship custom merchandise. This shipping policy explains how orders are processed and delivered.

By placing an order through MerchBox, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Order processing and production

All MerchBox products are made to order. Once an order is placed:

  • Production typically begins within 2–7 business days

  • Production times may vary depending on product type, order volume, or seasonal demand

Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once production has started.

 

2. Shipping methods and delivery times

Shipping times are estimates and begin after production is completed.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Canada: 3–10 business days

  • United States: 3–7 business days

  • International: 5–20 business days

Delivery times may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak seasons.

 

3. Shipping rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination

  • Product type and quantity

  • Shipping method selected

Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has shipped.

 

4. Tracking information

Once your order ships, a shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent where available. Tracking updates are provided by the shipping carrier and may take 24–48 hours to activate.

5. Multiple shipments

If an order contains multiple items, products may be shipped separately depending on fulfillment location and availability. In such cases, you may receive multiple tracking numbers.

 

6. Customs, duties, and taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

MerchBox is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

 

7. Incorrect addresses and undeliverable packages

Please ensure all shipping details are accurate at checkout. MerchBox is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Packages returned due to address errors

  • Packages refused by the recipient

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping costs may apply.

 

8. Lost or delayed shipments

If a shipment appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. MerchBox will work with the fulfillment partner and carrier to investigate the issue.

Resolution is subject to carrier and fulfillment partner policies.

 

9. Damaged packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the damaged items and packaging. Claims are handled in accordance with our refund policy.
